A small original semi detached house which we transformed into a beautiful family home.

Archeden demolished 80% of the rear construction and only keeping the front elevation consisting of 2 rooms.

The client and architect, Anna Szozda, wanted a very modern contemporary 2 story addition for the new section of the build which was to serve as a showcase for her business.

The build included new heated polished concrete ground floors, a 2 story timber frame construction with fibre cement cladding and matt black colorbond roofing along with the addition of a new pool.

A relatively small build but highly detailed and worthy of our first masters builders award.
